I found the background that I used on warofthering.net, and then I fixed it up A LOT with Photoshop. The brushes I used I have had for a few years, and since I downloaded them long before I made this site, I forgot where I got them from. In the future, if I get new brushes, I will definitely leave credit where it is due.

For the site itself, I used Dreamweaver MX, which is great if you know how to use it.
